Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and flexibility is essential. To provide a smooth and fair experience for all our clients, we have a general booking cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Free and Paid Services: This policy applies to all our booking services, whether they are free sessions or included in a paid package. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: There are no fees for rescheduling your appointment within the specified timeframe. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, a fee may apply, or the session may be deducted from your package, depending on the service. Refunds: Fees for specific services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your fee may be applied to the rescheduled date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us serve all our clients efficiently and fairly.
