About the Founder

Brittney Rae Reese is a Brand Strategist guiding organizations in evolution and elevation. As Founder and Creative Director of B/Rae Branding, she leads brand strategy engagements that align positioning, messaging, and execution — ensuring that what organizations communicate externally reflects the clarity of their direction internally.

Her work spans hospitality, entertainment, nonprofit advocacy, public health, and cybersecurity education. She has supported brand initiatives for global hospitality leaders such as Hilton and Waldorf Astoria, contributed to national public health campaigns, including the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program, and led faculty brand strategy initiatives within SANS Institute, a global cybersecurity education organization. Across sectors, she has led strategy in environments where reputation, visibility, and growth are tightly linked.

Serving as a Fractional Chief Brand Officer, Brittney works directly with founders and executive teams to shape brand direction at the leadership level. She defines positioning, sharpens narrative, and establishes the strategic guardrails that guide creative and operational decisions. Her leadership bridges big-picture vision with disciplined execution — translating complexity into clarity and ensuring cohesion across every touchpoint.

Grounded in behavior change science, she understands how decision-making patterns and communication norms influence brand perception over time. Known for her empathetic yet direct style, she asks precise, clarifying questions, challenges assumptions thoughtfully, and brings steady guidance to leaders navigating scale and visibility.

Her guiding principle remains constant: clarity creates alignment, and alignment creates flow.

In quieter moments, she is improving her golf game, deep-diving into documentaries about human behavior, and unapologetically researching entirely unnecessary questions — like how tall Jesus was.
