Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, ACH, Zelle, and Venmo. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

1.2 Credit Card and ACH Fees: A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all invoices paid via credit card. ACH payments may also incur a processing fee as determined by your financial institution. Clients are responsible for covering these fees.

 

1.3 Alternative Payment Options: To avoid processing fees, clients may choose to pay via Zelle (brittney@braebranding.com) or Venmo (@braebranding).

 

1.4 Late Fees: Payments not received within fourteen (14) days of the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per day on the outstanding amount. For example, if $1,000 is due on April 1 and remains unpaid by April 14, the balance will increase to $1,015 on April 15, $1,030.23 on April 16, and so on.

 

2. Invoicing

2.1 Invoice Delivery: Invoices are delivered via email to the address provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is current and capable of receiving invoices.

 

2.2 Invoice Discrepancies: Any discrepancies in invoices must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. After this period, the invoice will be considered accurate and payable in full.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refund Policy: Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Cancellation of Services: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Any services rendered up to the date of cancellation will be billed and must be paid in full, including any applicable processing fees.

 

4. Changes to Terms

4.1 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is registered.

5.2 Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state where our company is registered.
