Booking Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and flexibility is essential. To provide a smooth and fair experience for all our clients, we have a general booking cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Free and Paid Services: This policy applies to all our booking services, whether they are free sessions or included in a paid package. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: There are no fees for rescheduling your appointment within the specified timeframe. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, a fee may apply, or the session may be deducted from your package, depending on the service. Refunds: Fees for specific services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your fee may be applied to the rescheduled date.
